Matt Whitham, AIA is a Licensed Architect born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He graduated with Distinction from UCLA's Master of Architecture Suprastudio Program and also holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a Specialization in Digital Design.
For the past nine years, Matt has worked on architectural projects throughout Los Angeles and abroad. He has served as project manager for over $60 million worth of new apartment buildings, assisted in the design of custom single family homes, and has provided construction administration and design services for public schools.




During his 2014-2015 studies at UCLA, Matt worked closely with renown architect Craig Hodgetts, FAIA on the 760 MPH Hyperloop pneumatic transport project in conjunction with Hyperloop Transportation Technologies Inc. This studio designed prototypes for new Hyperloop Stations in addition to Full-Scale Hyperloop Passenger Capsule Mockups. The work and research was showcased at Dwell on Design Los Angeles 2015 and is often referenced by current Hyperloop designers throughout the world.
Outside of the studio Matt enjoys spending time with his loving family, hiking in the Los Angeles mountains, and playing baseball.
